We are committed to presenting our collection with honest, accurate information, images and certificates (when applicable) to ensure you are always confident with your purchase prior to ordering. If you have any hesitations at all please contact us prior to placing your order and we will gladly send you additional photos, videos and information. It is important to understand that when you place an order through Shopify, our business incurs a processing fee which is not refunded to us should an order be cancelled or refunded. Under rare circumstances if you must cancel your order you will be refunded minus these processing fees.
